电子科技大学 电子科技大学 MBA 论文 I I 高层管理者对环境不确定性认知及其结果研究 摘 要 在过去 30 多年里，对高层管理者的环境不确定性认知的研究越 来越受到了人们的关注，也取得了丰硕的成果。已有的研究主要集中 在环境不确定性认知的内容、影响环境不确定性认知的因素、环境不 确定性认知与组织绩效的关系等方面。在这个领域的研究成果从理论 上加深了人们对环境不确定性认知的了解，在管理实践上也为高层管 理者的组织决策、战略选择等提供了新的思路和方法。 高层管理者的传记性特征对环境不确定性认知是有影响的，但 是国内对高层管理者的传记性特征与其对环境不确定性认知之间的 影响关系的研究还很少，对影响因素的影响机制及其结果还没有足够 的实证研究。所以，本文通过实证分析的方法来探究两者之间的关系， 希望能找出影响高层管理者对环境不确定性认知的传记性特征方面 的原因，以及这种环境不确定性认知对组织绩效的影响如何，总结出 适合国内企业的一些结论。 本文通过问卷调查、方差分析等统计学原理和方法，编制了我 国企业高层管理者的环境不确定性认知的结构化问卷，对 52 家企业 的高层管理者进行了实地调查和实证研究。本文在调查资料的基础 上，按照年龄、学历、专业、工作经验等传记性特征对高层管理者的 环境不确定性认知的差异性进行了分析检验。同时，对高层管理者的 传记性特征、环境不确定性认知及组织绩效之间的关系做了一些探索 性研究。 关键词 高层管理者;境不确定性认知;织绩效;证研究 II II A study on Perceived environmental uncertainty of top executives and its result ABSTRACT In the last past 30 years, there have been many studies about perceived environmental uncertainty, some of which have attained fruits. Existing researches mainly concentrate on the content of perceived environmental uncertainty, the factors which influence perceived environmental uncertainty, and the relationship between perceived environmental uncertainty and performance. The results of such researches in this field have strengthened peoples recognition of perceived environmental uncertainty theoretically, and offered the new thinking and method for organization decision-making, strategic choice of the top executives practically. The biography characteristics of the top executives have an effect on perceived environmental uncertainty, but the relationship between the biography characteristics and perceived environmental uncertainty has been studied by few domestic scholars, the mechanism of impact of influence factors and results do not have enough positive research.
