项目成本管理在富力津门湖小区建设中的应用 ［ ］文章以项目成木管理的相关理念和理论为基础，结合房地产开发项目的实际情况， 以富力津门湖住宅建设项目为例，在资源计划编制、成本估算、成本预算、成本控制等方面 进行分析，及吋发现项0实施过程中的问题，确保项S成功。本文对房地产项S成本管理的 研究是对传统项目成木管理方法的完善，从单纯的成木控制扩大到成木管理的全方面，从单 一阶段的成本管理扩展到全过程的成本管理，经过在江信国际嘉园项目中的应用，取得了良 好的经济效益，为房地产企业更好的实行项A成本管理提供了一定的理论依据和具体的实施 方法。 Project cost management in the Lake District splendid building in Tianjin [Abstract] Based on the concept of project cost management and theory, combined with the actual situation of real estate development project in Tianjin,decimating the lake residential construction project as an example,analyzed in the aspects of resource planning, cost estimating, cost budget，cost control，timely detection of problems in the process of project implementation, to ensure the success of the project.
