Methods Track and follow-up clinical data of 108 patients with high grade bladder cancer patients in Department of Urology of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital. Bladder tumor recurrence were recorded, grouping various influencing factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. Analysis of the relationship between age, gender, past history (urinary tract infections, urinary tract obstruction, etc.), number of tumors, tumor size, tumor stage, surgical approach, whether receive the reperfusion therapy after surgery and the recurrence of bladder tumor after surgery. Results In 108 cases, there are 37 cases of bladder tumor recurrence in the follow-up period, recurrence rate was 34.26%. The statistical analysis shows that tumor size, tumor stage and postoperative intravesical chemotherapy is an important factor to affect the recurrence. Conclusions There are many influencing factors about the development of the high level of bladder carcinoma, various factors are independent of each other and influence each other. Among them, tumor size, tumor stage and whether receive the reperfusion therapy after surgery are the most important factors. In clinical practice, we should follow-up focus on the patients who with many risk factors after surgery.
