表 2 : 2018 年香港中學文憑考試報考統計 Table 2 : 2018 HKDSE Entry statistics 2018年香港中學文憑考試(文憑試)共設24個甲類學科 ，當中19科設有中、英文試卷供考生選報 ；36個乙類學科及6個 丙類學科 。考生在每個文憑試最多可報考8科。 The 2018 HKDSE Examination offered 24 Category A subjects, 19 of which were offered in both Chinese and English versions for candidates to choose from; 36 Category B subjects and 6 Category C subjects. A candidate may enter for a maximum of 8 subjects in any one examination. 表 2a 列出各類考生( 日校考生及全體考生) 的報考人數及科數統計，包括男女考生的分析。 Table 2a shows the general statistics of candidate and subject entries for two categories of candidates (day school candidates and all candidates).
