ABSTRACTConvener ABSTRACT Convener is the core components of AC drive locomotive or drive separated train．The control system of converter is an important part that ensured converter working normally．In traditional converter control system，DSP processor is almost adopted in hardware，but its real time is slow．Because there are some shortcomings in control method，the modified method must be presented in order to get better control result． Computer control equipment is almost adopted in configuration，its higher cost，bigger volume，no flexible software and hardware design， upgrade is very difficult．Aiming at the shortcoming of above several aspects，integrated control system mode achieving converter control system is researched and put forward in this paper．This system Call realize conveniently hardware and software upgrade of converter and configurable design．It reduces systemic cost and enhances systemic universality． A new converter hardware control system based on FPGA processor is put forward in this paper．It enhances system flexibility of software design,hardware design and upgrade．Some modified control methods are developed in AC-DC-AC converter．Equivalent disturb current is reduced by reducing the harmonious content of input current and increasing converter repeat，DC voltage and DC current control is TT used used in this system，secondary filter loop is got rid of by increasing support capacitance，and pulse veracity is increased by changing sampling rule of pulse．It reduces volume and cost，enhances universality in integrated control system configuration． In this paper,converter integrated control system software and hardware design are completed．Processor is STRATIX EP 1 S 1 0F780C6 device of ALTERA corporation，and corresponding spread function and periphery circuit are added．Designed elements chart and printed circuit board chart．After analyzing shortcomings of control methods and modified measures are put forward on equivalent disturb current，DC voltage control，s
