Abstract Abstract Digital Railway is the important measure that railway Department improve infomaational level，the railway’s information depend on the digital reconnaissance and design，but the digital of reconnaissance and design must depend on the output and display of 3D visualization，therefore 3D Visualization is the indispensable function ofdigital and informational railway． Firstly，the dissertation design the railway 3D visualization COMGIS software flame by analyzing the trends of GIS Software Technology System improvement， arming at the disadvantages of convention GIS and the advantages of ComGIS and Combining the demand of 3D visualization and the character of railway line．Than with analyzing and researching all kinds of 3D model and according to the character railway line and all kinds of construction，the paper put forward the model of object-orient 3D CGS；depending on the popular computer technology、GIS technology、graphics and component technology and so on；put forward the project of railway construction 3D visual Component basing on OpenGIS and realize the Component---GLGISCtrl in Visual C++6．0．The Component can control the 3D graph by properties or methods，such as larger、smaller、rotate and so on．Lastly,by the data of railway transect section and vertical section，the author development a 3D visual GIS system in Visual Basic by components of MapX．The component is displayed in this system． The component is developed based on OpenGIS and conforms to the specification released by OGC．It takes off the bondage of program language and development condition and completes meet the trend of data sharing，therefore the component is very useful to realize the railway Construction 3D visualization，and it has the greatly virtue of application in other domains also，such as city playing and building、3D Visualization ofcity constructions and so Oil． Key Words：Open Geographic Information System，COM，Construction， 3D Model，Visualization  V’ ‘72061 6 独创性声明 本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师
