摘要 摘要 随着基础医学的飞速发展，先进科学技术和实验仪器的广泛应用，检验医学 在临床诊治疾病工作中发挥了越来越重要的作用。在我国，由于改革开放的深化， 与国外技术交流和信息沟通加快，以及计算机技术的快速发展，促进了检验医学 研究进程，血细胞分析仪更是得到迅猛的发展。 本文介绍了一种基于Pc控制的五分类血细胞分析仪的研制。实现了白细胞、 红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白的检验，并得到WBC、RBC、PLT、HCT、MCV、MCH、 MCHC、RDW、MPV、PCT、PDW等检验参数，同时可以绘出自细胞、红细胞、血小 板的直方图，以及对检验结果的查询和报表打印。 在文章中首先介绍了血细胞分析仪的库尔特计数原理，光散射法血细胞分析 原理等血细胞检验原理及其相关应用技术。其次对仪器选配的硬件，控制用PCI 板卡的功能特性作了详细的说明。而后概述了整个血样检验的全过程。且对所用 到软件VB 6．0及MATLAB的ActiveX服务器端协议和数据库工具箱的性能进行了 介绍。 关键词： 五分类、血细胞分析仪、库尔特原理、直方图、MATLAB、工具箱  Abstract With the rapid development of fundamental medicine and extensive application of advance science and technology and laboratorial instrument，laboratory medicine become more and more importance in the clinical making diagnosis and giving treatment．In China,thanks to the deepening of reform and open door to the outside world，meanwhile intercommunicating technology and information with foreign countries and the development of computer technique improved course of research of laboratory medicine，The development of hematology analyzer is promoted as well． In this paper a design of auto hematology analyzer of 5一part based on PC is presented，wkich realized testing of white blood cell，red blood cell，platelet and hemoglobin．The analyzer can carry out essential parameters of testing such as WBC． RBC，PLT，HCT，MCV，MCH，MCHC，RDW，MPV，PCT and PDW etc．and draw histogram of testing of white blood cell，red blood cell and platelet simultaneously．Its software possesses querying results oftesting that can he reported to print． Firstly principle of blood celt testing with related technique application，such as Coulter and Light Scatter，is presented in the paper．．and then the paper introduce in detail about hardware be selected and PCI broad for controlling and they characteristic and fimction．Summarizing hematology testing full process is the next． In addition，the paper introduced the capability of software，VB 6．0 version and Matlab’s ActiveX protocol and database toolbox，that is used by hematology testing program． Ra
