External factors mainly refers to the development of the enterprise environmental factors, such as policies and regulations, environmental, and economic and social development level, etc. Internal factors are mainly the senior leadership in the enterprise strategy and enterprises core competitiveness, namely enterprise execution. Lack of execution often leads to a meticulous strategy become a dead letter, executive force of a black hole swallowed enterprise huge manpower and material resources, financial resources, but hard to achieve the anticipated target of the enterprise, has influenced the overall interests of enterprises. At home and abroad in this paper, the research present situation has carried on the comparative analysis of executive force, and further investigate its reason, from execution of the relevant concepts of investigation and analysis of Guangzhou lian fu real estate co., LTD., and study the problems, on the basis of the problems existing in the research on the countermeasures to improve the companys each rules and regulations, to ensure that can effectively improve the executive
