ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Since the beginning of the 21st century, people take more care and concern about their own health problems with a better life. At the same time, the proposed medical information technology enhanced people’s health awareness and the health monitoring for individual on internet has turned to a trend. To realize the gradually increasing health knowledge demand of normal people and give them more means to know the information about themselves, as well as to strength their health awareness and establish good habits, a system includes information technology, online self-test and the reference that comes from large peoples evaluation results came into being. The ultimate goal of this system is to improve the quality and length of peoples lives. This article contains two parts, the first part displays a simple and efficient online self-test system, and the second displays the evaluation analysis of questionnaire to achieve the demand of people. 1. The online evaluation system mainly contains the user’s Login (Register), Health evaluation, Health literacy and Disease-related content presentation plates, and Health assessment questionnaire management, User information management and Evaluation results module is designed for system administrators. This online system allows general users to quickly scan their own state of health, especially the state of their lifespan, pressure, sub-health, and the age of artery, intestine and skin. Those can be achieved with a simple and quick operation
