吉林建筑工程学院本科毕业设计 精品文档 PAGE 可编辑 摘 要 目前，随着我国经济的逐步增长，人们对居住条件生活环境的舒适性的要求越来越高，对中央空调的需求越来越大，对中央空调节能、舒适、健康更加关注。根据南京市的能源使用现状及目前的经济发展水平，从节能的角度出发进行设计，为人们提供一个舒适、安全、卫生的工作环境。 本设计是西安市某综合楼的空调工程设计，该接待中心面南背北，建筑总面积约32780m2，该建筑物地上共12层，一、二、三层主要为商铺、办公室，层高5.9m和4.8m，四～十二层为客房，层高3m；地下一层高4.8m，为配电室、水泵房、消防水池和制冷机房。 根据合理利用能源的原则，因地制宜，在比较各种方案的可行性后，选择一个技术可靠，经济合理，管理方便的设计方案。最终确定方案为：采用风机盘管加新风系统，本建筑物采用螺杆式冷水机组作为冷源，板式换热器作为热源。水系统选择闭式、竖直同程、水平异程式、双管制、单级泵，变流量系统。 设计内容包括: 空调负荷的计算；空调系统的划分与系统方案的确定；送风状态及送风量的确定；冷源的选择；空调末端处理设备的选型；风系统的设计与计算；室内送风方式与气流组织形式的设计及校核；水系统的设计及计算；风管系统与水管系统保温层和防腐设计；消声防振设计等内容。 关键词：综合楼；中央空调系统；风机盘管加新风系统；性能比较 精品文档 Abstract At present, the step-by-step as Chinas economic growth, living conditions for the comfort of the living environment of increasingly high demand for central air-conditioning on the growing demand for energy-efficient central air-conditioning, comfort, health concern.
