经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 PAGE 毕业设计（论文）说明书 设计论文题目：学校管理系统 系 别： 计算机科学与技术 专业班级： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导老师： 学校管理系统 摘 要 随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，信息管理系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。信息管理系统是一个不断发展的新型学科，任何一个单位要生存要发展，要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来，就必须建立与自身特点相适应的信息管理系统。本文采用VB和ACCESS等软件为开发工具，以Windows XP（或Windows 2000）为开发平台，设计出一个学校管理系统，对学生、员工的信息、学生的课程以及成绩进行统一管理，便于查询、修改和打印。主要实现的功能模块有系统管理子系统、学生信息管理子系统、员工信息管理子系统、班级信息管理子系统、课程信息管理子系统、成绩信息管理子系统、综合测评子系统、毕业管理子系统、图书馆管理子系统等。 本系统界面友好，操作简单，比较实用。 关键词： 学校管理系统；Access；Visual Basic；数据库;功能 Summary With application of information technology in management deeply and extensively, information management system being carried off has matured gradually. information management system is a newly developing subject, any unit have to survive to develop, if it has to systemize interior activities efficiently, it has to establish the information management system adapt to its own characteristic. This text adopts VB ACCESS software as exploitation tools, WINDOWS XP as exploitation flat, scheme out a school management system, taking charge of the information of students and staffs, the courses grades of students together, in order to requirement、modification and print, the main function modules to achieve are system management subsystem、students information management subsystem、staffs information management subsystem、class information management subsystem、courses information management subsystem、grades information management subsystem、comprehensive estimate subsystem、graduation management subsystem、library management subsystem and so on.. This systems interface is very good, simply to operate, is comparatively available.
