中文摘要 柔性的生产能力是现代汽车制造企业的关键，尤其是随着经济全球化的到 来，大批量生产方式正逐渐被小批量、短交货期为特征的生产方式所取代，现代 制造企业的核心竞争力将体现在适应这种变化的能力上，特别是平衡生产效率、 成本和质量几个方面的能力。如何在满足制造企业各种形式的批量生产的同时 降低成本、保证质量是现代制造的主要目标之一，本文的研究目的也正是通过对 企业全面改善来探讨如何满足提高生产效率、降低生产成本并且保证质量的综合 要求。 本研究主要是从企业整体的角度提出了对制造企业生产线的生产效率优化， 并应用工业工程的相关技术和方法进行问题诊断和提出改善措施，同时运用了 5S 管理技术来提高企业现场管理的水平。 本文首先介绍了利用 IE 技术提高生产企业生产效率的背景和意义，接着描 述了国内外 IE 的研究、应用以及发展趋势，然后简单介绍了基础 IE 的相关理论。 最后本文以柳州某企业为例，对生产线的现状进行了描述，并运用鱼骨刺图法对 生产线进行了问题诊断，同时应用基础 IE 的思想和方法对该企业的布局、流程、 操作、现场管理提出了改善建议，并对改善效果进行了评估。 关键词：生产效率优化；布局改善；流程改善；操作改善；现场管理改善 ABSTRACT Flexible production capacity is the key of modern automobile manufacturing enterprises, especially with the arrival of the economic globalization, mass production is being replaced gradually by the mode of production with a feature of small batch and short delivery time. The core competence of the modern manufacturing enterprise will be reflected in the ability to adapt to the changes, especially the abilities of balancing the production efficiency, the cost and the quality. How to reduce costs and ensure the quality while meeting the needs of manufacturing enterprises of all forms of mass production is one of the main goals of modern manufacturing. The purpose of this study is to explore how to meet the needs of improving production efficiency, reduce production cost and ensure the quality of the comprehensive requirements through the overall improvement of the enterprise. This research is proposed for manufacturing enterprise production efficiency optimization mainly from an angle of the whole enterprise, diagnose problems and puts forward improvement measures with the application of industrial engineering technology and method, and at the same time improve enterprise site management level with the use of a 5S management technology.
