Abstract Objective The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the expression of Numb/Notch1 and the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis in colorectal cancer. Methods Numb and Notch1 protein expression levels in 60 cases of resected colorectal cancer were detected by Western blot method,the relations between Numb and Notch1 expression levels and the survisal periods were estimated by Kaplan-Meier curve.
