摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘要 客户关系管理系统，可以有效的帮助企业管理客户信息，维护良好的客情关系，辅 助企业做出正确的决策和分析。在企业的业务处理流程中加入了客户关系管理，目的就 是对客户有关的业务流程进行简化，从而使企业更多的关注于如何提高客户的满意度以 及如何满足客户的各种需求。 本文介绍了 CRM 系统开发的背景理论和技术，系统的阐述了客户关系管理系统的 概念、核心作用和主要功能，同时介绍了常用的客户关系管理系统开发的背景架构以及 系统常用的开发技术，以便为本文系统的设计与开发做出贡献。本文针对系统进行了需 求分析，通过详细的调研，导出了系统的逻辑业务功能，同时针对系统的非功能性需求 分析进行了阐述；然后，本文对系统进行了设计，使用结构化流程图技术，阐述了系统 的每一个功能模块的业务流程，同时，使用 ER 图和关系表对系统的数据库进行了设计， 以便能够提供一个性能较好的数据库系统，为客户关系管理提供更好的决策；本文使用 ASP .NET 技术、数据库技术等开发实现了一个功能完善的客户关系管理系统，给出了 系统的关键功能截图和核心代码；最后，本文对系统进行了测试，测试结果表明，系统 具有良好的可用性、可靠性，可以为企业提供强大的客户关系管理，提升企业的决策能 力，提高了企业的市场竞争能力和用户满意度。 关键词：客户关系管理 数据库 系统 B/S 架构 Ab Abstract Abstract Customer relationship management system, which can effectively help enterprises to manage customer information, maintain good customer relations, make decisions and correct analysis of auxiliary enterprises. So the purpose of business process with the customer relations management in the enterprises of the industry is to make the customer related business processes simplified. This may make enterprises pay more attention on how to improve customer satisfaction and how to meet the various needs of customers. This paper analyses the research, background and significance of customer relationship management system, and describes the research status and development trend of domestic and international customer relationship management system. This pape describes the core of the CRM system. Then, the demand analysis for the system was carried out. Through detailed investigation, the logic functions of the system are described.
