摘 摘 要 “双顺差现象是我国国际收支的一种结构形式，表现为经常项目和资本与金融项 目的同时顺差，从1994年开始我国的国际收支结构就一直呈现出“双顺差现象。2008 年我国经常项目顺差4268亿美元，2010年资本和金融项目顺差2260亿美元，为历史最 高值。影响国际收支结构的因素有很多，对于我国来说，引进外商直接投资一直被我国 视为对外交往过程中的重要策略，外商直接投资是否是“双顺差”形成的重要原因，对 我国国际收支结构有着怎样的影响以及“双顺差现象给我国经济带来的影响等都是本 文的研究内容。 本文基于FDI视角，来具体分析我国的国际收支“双顺差”现象。首先，对我国引 进外商直接投资和国际收支结构状况做了简要的描述，通过观察历年FDI情况和我国近 些年的国际收支平衡表，可以看出我国引进外商直接投资和国际收支在不同时期呈现出 不同的结构特点，并分析了“双顺差”形成的原因。其次，在外商直接投资对我国国际 收支结构影响的分析中，将前人研究的九种影响途径进一步总结概况为六种途径，加以 分析。在实证分析中，也是通过六种途径为变量加以论证，发现国际收支“双顺差结 构的形成与外商直接投资的流入密切相关，外商直接投资和由此形成的加工贸易导致的 进出口已经成为影响国际收支结构的最主要因素。再者，研究了“双顺差结构给我国 经济带来的正负影响，在增强了我国抵御风险能力和提高国际地位的同时也带来了很多 的负面影响。最后，对于文中出现的问题，在结尾按照国际收支结构提出针对性的政策 建议，以求达到合理引资、改善国际收支和促进我国经济更好发展的目的。 在现代金融研究中，计量经济学已成为研究的重要手段。本文以影响国际收支的各 种途径为变量，建立多元一次回归模型，分析了影响“双顺差”结构的因素，通过对实 证结果的分析，发现FDI对我国经常项目和资本与金融项目差额均产生正面效应。 关键词：双顺差国际收支结构外商直接投资加工贸易 III Abstract‘‘Double Abstract ‘‘Double surpluses?’phenomenon is a kind of China’S international payments structure form．It performances often projects and capital and financial projects as surplus．It stalls from the year of 1 994．China international pa)7ments structure has been presenting a。double surpluses”phenomenon．In the 2008．current account surplus is 4268 billion dollars．In the 201 07 capital and financial account is 2260 billion U．S．dollars．It is the highest record in the history．The factors of payments structure have many respects，for our country，foreign direct investment has always been the important strategy of foreign exchanges process．Foreign direct investment is an important reason for the formation of China’S intemational payments structure．The paper research the influence of what has“double surpluses‘’phenomenon and the impact of the key． Based on detailed analysis of FDI Angle，the paper research the structural changes in international payments．First we introduced foreign direct investment in China and briefly described international payments structure．Through the observation in recent years and FDI， we call see the international balance of foreign dire
