郑州人学T学硕仁论文Abstract 郑州人学T学硕仁论文 Abstract For better decision-making and market-surviving abilities，the development of Enterprise Resourc,船Planning(ERP)，勰one of the key elements of enterprise informationization,has pushcd filrther the modernization and informationization of enterprises．ERP，the combination of information technology and Mvanced management ideas,demonstrates the run-mode of modern enterprises and reflects the will of proper distribution in resourccs and maximizing social wealth It also becomes the backbone of a modern company in the information era．But the tradition ERP systems，due to their ignorance to the needs of dynamic adjustments in enterprise architeetum and business processes raised by continuous improvements and rapid changing in market environment,∞n not fulfill the developing requircments ofmodem companies．This article puts forwards an adaptive EIuP．aka A·ERP system based on CAS theory,which overcomes the limits of traditional ERP systems．Also a thorough research and implement ofthe system are also presented． Analyzing the enterprise and building a proper enterprise model is the first step to implementation of ERP systems．By realizing this enterprise model，the ERP system best distributes，coordinates，manages and makes use of the rcsoulo鹊to maximize the economical benefits．At present,one of the key challenges in enterprise information construction is to promote the adaptive ability in environment changing and company reform．Therefore the adaptive model has become the key to a more adaptive system．It also goes beyond the part as bridge be铆een enterprise management mode and enterprise model．to become the basic model of Mls system．This article analyzes the company as a complex system from the aspect of complex adaptive system(based on Agent)and make profound theory basis for the construction ofA—ERP system． The background support project is the ERP project in Provincial Print Material Company(PPMC)．TlliS article Calries a careful design in A-ERP sys
