武汉理工大学硕士学位论文摘 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 移动电子商务环境下供应链的重要特点是快捷性与移动性，随时把握市场 需求，来调整生产、销售及物流运作。供应链正作为一种新型的快捷方式，受 到越来越多移动电子商务企业的关注，已成为移动电子商务企业的必然选择。 但是，激烈的市场竞争，移动网络的开放性和移动终端的移动性导致的风 险，越来越桎梏着移动电子商务供应链的发展。所有供应链管理者和学者都在 研究如何高效地识别、评估供应链风险，采取有效的应对措施，确保供应链的 安全。因此，对移动电子商务供应链风险因素研究具有实际意义。 基于此，本文以理论结合实际问题的思路分析了电子商务企业移动供应链 管理面临的挑战及其风险因素。论述了移动供应链风险的分析过程，建立了电 子商务企业移动供应链风险评价指标体系，并应用DEMATEL方法，对电子商 务企业移动供应链面临的风险因素进行了定量的评价，得出了相关结论。这对 电子商务企业规避移动供应链的风险具有一定参考价值。最后，在对全文的研 究内容总结的同时，并指出了研究中的不足和以后的研究方向。 关键词：移动电子商务；供应链；风险因素；评价；对策建议 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The importance of Mobile E—comnlerce supply chain is characterized by quickness and mobility；always grasp the market demand，to adjust production，sales and logistics operations．Supply chain is as a new shortcut，by more and more concelTled about the Mobile E-eonllnerce industry,has become an inevitable choice for Mobile E-colnmerce industry． However,the fierce market competition,the openness of mobile networks and mobile terminals due to the risk of mobility,more shackles of Mobile E—commerce supply chain development．All supply chain scholars are studying how to efficiently identify,assess supply chain risk，to take effective counter measures to ensure supply chain security．Therefore，Mobile E—colnmerce supply chain risk factors of practical significance． Based on this，the theoretical ideas to practical problem of enterprise Mobile E—conlinerce challenges facing supply chain management and its risk factors． Discusses the process of mobile supply chain analysis，the establishment of a business enterprise mobility supply chain evaluation index system，and apply DEMATEL methods，supply chain，enterprise mobility business factors facing the quantitative evaluation，draw the relevant conclusions．These E-commerce enterprises to avoid moving the supply chain has a certain reference value．Finally,research in the summary of the full text at the same time，the study pointed out shortcomings and future research directions． Keywords： Mobile E-commerce；S
