学兔兔 2012年第11期 煤 炭 工 程 基于模糊层次综合分析法的 液压支架安全性评价 郭文孝 (中国煤炭科工集团太原研究院，山西太原 030006) 摘 要：当前，在液压支架的安全应用和研究中，尚缺乏一种有效的评价方法，能够根据需 要随时反映出液压支架的安全状态及安全等级，并为相关人员进行液压支架的安全管理工作提供 理论依据。文章将模糊综合评价法与层次分析法相结合，建立液压支架安全评价模型，采用定性 与定量相结合的层次分析法确定了指标体系中各因素的权重，对在役液压支架的安全性进行评 价。通过实例液压支架分析，证明其评价结果和实际基本相符。 关键词：液压支架；模糊层次法(FAHP)；安全性评价 中图分类号：TD355 ．4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671—0959(2012)11-0089-04 Evaluation on Safety of Hydraulic Powered Support Base on Comprehensive Analysis Method with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process GUO Wen—xiao (Taiyuan Research Institute，China Coal Technology and Engineering Group，Taiyuan 030006，China) Abstract：In the present safety application and study on the hydraulic powered support，there was no effective evaluation method which could be timely reflect the safety status and the safety grade of the hydraulic powered support according to the requirements and could provide the theoretical basis to the safety management of the hydraulic powered support to the related personne1．In combination with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process，a safety evaluation model of the hydraulic powered support was established．The qualitative and quantitative combined analytic hierarchy process was applied to determine the weight of each factor in the index system and to evaluate the safety of the hydraulic powered support in application．The case analysis on the hydraulic powered support showed that the evaluation results and the actual results were the same basically． Keywords：hydraulic powered support；fuzzy analytic hierarchy process；safety evaluation 液压支架作为煤矿综采工作
