重庆大学硕士学位论文 重庆大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 我国的大气环境污染仍然以煤烟型为主，主要污染是S02和烟尘，酸雨问题 依然严重。火电厂烟气脱硫是控制S02排放的主要途径。本文主要介绍华能珞璜 电厂脱硫系统的DCS改造工程。该装置是国内首家引进的日本三菱重工公司湿式 石灰石石膏法烟气脱硫装置。 本文完成了以下主要工作： ①在阅读了大量文献资料的基础上，介绍了火电厂烟气脱硫的主要方法，以 及DCS的发展状况； ②通过对本厂脱硫装置原有DCS系统的分析，提出了对DCS改造的要求；介 绍了拟选择DCS的特点； ③根据湿式石灰石石膏法烟气脱硫的特点，分析了影响系统脱硫效率的主要 因素： ④进行了吸收塔烟气量减少、增加，启停吸收塔浆液循环泵扰动试验，并给 出了部分实际运行曲线。 ⑤通过分析以及现场实验和实际运行情况，证明：通过DCS系统的改造提高 了系统安全可靠性，解决了由于无备件给生产构成的威胁。同时，改造后的DCS 对系统控制参数的变化反应更快，系统重新建立平衡的时间更短。系统可靠性和 稳定性均得到提高。 实践证明：本次改造所提的方案正确，达到了预期目标。 关键词：火电厂，湿法烟气脱硫，控制 重庆人学硕士学位论文 重庆人学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 ABSTRACT The contamination of atmosphere still give priority to type of coom in 0111 country．the main contaminations is S02 and soot．The problem of acid rain is still severity．In the fossil power plant，the flue gas desulfurization is the main approach on controlling the let of S02．The paper mostly introduce the DCS rebuilding project of the desulfilrization system in．The equipment is first introduced into our country‰ Mitsubishi corporation,which is the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization equipment． 11le main works have been done as tbllow： ①After a great deal of literatures ale read，the paper introduces the main ways of the flue gas desulfiafizmion,and the development status ofDCS； ②Through the analysis ofthe former DCS system in the plant．tIle desire about the rebuilding ofDCS is put；the characteristic ofthe planning DCS system is introduced； ⑨According tO the characteristic of the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desuifurization,the main factor about influencing the efficiency of desulfurization is analyzed； ④Some tests are done，which are the reduction and enhancement of the flue gas quantity,and the disturbing test ofthe starting and stoping the circulation ofthe serl2／ll in the absorbing tower．The paper lists some actual run curves． @Through the analysis and the instance of the spot experiment and the actual furl，it is proved：through the rebuilding of the DCS system improve the security and reliability,and solve the intimidation w
