摘 摘 要 目前我国道路交通系统安全问题日趋严重，互通式立交作为高速公路的门户 一直以来是交通事故多发地，而当前对其安全评价的研究通常是通过事后统计分 析道路交通事故数据来完成的，在立交方案设计阶段对其进行安全性评价尚属空 缺。本文根据这种情况论述了对立交进行安全性评价的重要意义，并建立了一个 互通式立交安全评价体系，在设计阶段就对立交进行安全评价研究。 文中通过对立交安全性影响因素的分析，在揭示线形和速度内在关系的基础 上，选取了三个方面的安全评价指标即速度指标、视距指标、整体性指标，并以 运行速度为中介从这三个方面阐述了评价指标参数的选取及量化方法，进而建立 了多层次的指标结构体系。该体系强化了运行速度在交通安全中的重要地位，并 指出运用运行速度对立交进行安全性评价是切实可行的。其次在研究国内外道路 交通安全评价方法的基础上，重点论述了运用层次分析和模糊综合评价相结合的 立交安全性评价方法，提出了互通式立交安全性综合评价的模型。最后通过奉节 西互通式立交的安全评价实例介绍了该评价体系的应用方法。 关键词：互通式立体交叉； 安全评价；运行速度； 层次分析法； 模糊综合评价 ABSTRACTAt ABSTRACT At present in ourcountry road tmfflc system security problem is serious day by day, as the gate of expressway interchange has always been prone to accidents，but the current safety evaluation research usually is built llp the traffic accidents of the road， We haven’t evaluate the safety of the interchange effectively before the design of it．In this paper,the importance of interchange safety evaluation is discussed，and an evaluation system for interchange safety is presented． Based on assaying the safety factors of interchange and explaining the inherent connection between alignment consistency and speed continuity,this paper collects three safety evaluation indexes such as：speed index，sight distance index and aggregate 呶嘶击唧醴mtying file me．otis of choosing and calcula咖the indexes of the three aspects，this paper makes out a multi-hierarchical evaluation index system． This evaluation system strengthens the operating speed influence 011 road safety,and point out that it is feasible to evaluate the interchange safety by operating speed． Secondly,based on researching the internal and external methods of road traffic safety, the safety evaluation method of highway interchange which is combining with the Analytic Hierarchy progress and Fuzzy Evaluation methods is discussed。and a model for Fuzzy synthetic evaluation of highway interchange safety is established．Lastly an example is given to show how to Use it． Analytic Hierarchy PIocesS Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation 重庆交通大学学
