量；在三种培养材料中，再生苗的芦丁含量相对较高。 量；在三种培养材料中，再生苗的芦丁含量相对较高。 ㈣Y1删8删2椰1㈣1肿1㈣9～ 关键词华北八宝，植物生长调节剂，愈伤组织，再生，黄酮类化合 物 III ABSTRAC ABSTRACT Hylotelephium tatarinowii(Maxim．)H．Ohba，also named Sedum tatarinowii，belonging to Hylotelephium of Crassulaceae，is a kind of valuable vanilla plant of China． Many species of Hylotelephium plants have the pharmacological efficacy that can expell pathogenic factors from muscles for clearing heat， promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis and remove toxicity for eliminating carbuncles．And the current researches of the ingredient of Hylotelephium plants are more concentrate on flavonoids． H tatarinowii is a kind of high altitude plant，and the existing available wild resource is not enough．To expand this kind of resource， tissue culture can be used to rapidly propagate．But there is not any report of the tissue culture of H tatarinowii now． In this paper,H tatarinowii leaves were used as explants to discuss the effects of different plant growth regulators and different concentration combination on callus，adventitious bud and root induction．The system of rapid regeneration and propagation of tissue culture of H．tatarinowii was established．The content of rutin and flavonoids were determined by spectorphotometry and HPLC．All the results set up the foundation for future exploitation and research of H．tatarinowii． The main experimental results are as follows： 1．H tatarinowii leaves were used as explants，and cultured on medium MS supplement with different levels of 2,4一D、NAA，6-BA、． KT．The results showed that 2,4一D and 6-BA can induce the callus，the induction rate on MS medium with 2．0 mg／L 2，4一D was 23．8 1％．The high concentration of 2，4一D could restrain the induction rate，there was no IV callus callus when MS medium with 4．0 mg／L 2,4一D．The induction rates on the MS medium which added with 2，4一D and 6-BA were distinctly rise．The best medium of callus induction was MS medium with 2．0 mg／L 2,4一D and 0．5 mg／L 6-BA，the induction rate was 92．06％，and the
