内容摘要农产品流通是商品流通的重要组成部分，是指作为商品部分的农产品(泛指农、 内容摘要 农产品流通是商品流通的重要组成部分，是指作为商品部分的农产品(泛指农、 ____一____--一 林、牧、副、渔各业产品中的商品部分)，通过市场，进入消费领域的过程。 农产品流通联系着农产品的生产和消费，是农业经济的核心环节。长期以来， 农产品流通是制约中国农业发展的核心问题。 进入第三个千年，中国加入了WTO。农业作为一个弱质产业，是受到巨大的冲 击的对象之一。如何在WTO环境下，促进中国农产品的流通，关系到国民经济能否 健康运行，也是本论文研究的问题。本论文有五部分组成： 导言部分对本文选题进行了说明，并对农产品的特点进行了分析，指出了农产 品的流通地位的重要性： 第一章从中国农产品的流通体制，流通规模和结构方面分析了中国农产品流通 ■-__●■■●●●■■一 的现状，指出了存在的问题； 第二章介绍了WTO有关农业的协议，并对其进行了评价，分析了中国农产品流 通面对的机遇和挑战； 第三章从中国农产品价格体制、政府宏观调控机制、市场体系、市场主体、流 通规模和结构等五个方面，对如何在后WTO时代，促进中国农产品的流通进行了对 策分析。 结语部分对本文的观点作了概括。 ABSTI认CTThe ABSTI认CT The circulation of the farm produce is an important part of the commodity circulation，referring to the course of the produce’S entry into market， and of the produce’S access to the field of consumption． The circulation of the produce connects the production and consumption， SO it is the core of agricultural economy．In the long run，the circulation of the produce is one of the keys which control the development of China’S economy· China’S entry into WTO in 2001 is bringing great impaction on the weak industry of agriculture．How to promote the circulation of the produce in China concerns the development of the agriculture，and is also what thiS thesiS concerns． This thesis consists of five parts：the Introduction presents the reason for writing this thesis．and the characteristics of the farm produce to show the importance of the circulation of the farm produce：the first chapter expounds the actuality of the circulation of the produce，and shows the problems in the actuality：the second chapter tellS the international treaties about farm produce，gives evaluations on them，and analyses the challenges and opportunities for the circulation of farm produce in China： the third chapter focuses on the devices of promoting the circulation of the farm produce from five respects：respectively，of the price framework：the macrocosm management：market systems：the circulation proportion and the circulation scale of the farm produce in China：the
