蚌埠医学院留学生管理规定（试行） Provisions on Administration of International Students of Bengbu Medical College (Trial Version) 第一章 总则 Chapter One General Principles 第一条 为加强我校留学生规范化管理，实现留学生培 养目标和培养要求，依据我国有关法律法规和教育行政管理 部门有关规定，结合我校留学生管理工作实际，制定本规定。 Article 1 In order to strengthen the standardized management of international students in our College and realize cultivation objectives and requirements of international students, These provisions are formulated according to Chinas relevant laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the departments of educational administration, combined with the reality of international students management work in our College. 第二条 本规定所称留学生，是指根据《中华人民共和 国国籍法》，不具有中国国籍且在我校接受教育的外国国籍 学生。 Article 2 The international students asserted in these provisions refer to students with foreign nationality that do not have Chinese nationality and accept education in our College according to the Nationality Law of the Peoples Republic of China. 第三条 本条例适用于拥有我校正式学籍的全日制在 校留学生。 Article 3 These regulations are applicable to full-time students in our College who have been formally admitted to the university. 第四条 留学生应遵守中国法律、法规，遵守学校管理 制度，认真学习，践行“笃学精业，修德厚生”的校训，努 力掌握现代科学文化知识和专业技能。 Article 4 International students shall abide by Chinese laws and regulations, observe the College management system, earnestly study, fulfill the College motto of Studying hard and enhancing College work, cultivating morality and improving health, and strive to master the modern scientific and cultural knowledge and professional skills. 第二章 学生的权利与义务 Chapter Two Rights and Obligations of Students 第五条 留学生在校期间依法享有下列权利： Article 5 The international s
