ABSTRACTAccording ABSTRACT According tO the principle and method ofthe modem compensation management, This paper analysis Huaguang Group original compensation mode completely and meticulously,on the basis of this,the author puts forward the complete solution. The content of this paper is divided into five chapters.Firstly,the author researches the compensation management theories and relative factors those affect the compensation strategy.Through learning the background of Huaguang Group and analyzing the inner and outer environment of it,the meaning of designing the solution on Huaguang Group’S compensation management is explained.Secondly,this paper make use of the large sulns of survey data,analyzes the present condition of Huaguang Group’S compensation mode,lack and successful place of it.As a result of this,the author depends on the advancd view and the core technique of total compensation and strategic compensation,extensively draws lessons from the domestic and international enterprises,and have completed the operationable solution,Which include in the compensation system,the compensation level,the compensation structure designing,variable pay forms for different communities,and annual reward plannings for high performance.Finally,the author evaluates the effect ofthe solution at certain period and bring forward the improvable opinions. The paper describes some methods which relevant to compensation and compensation management from different courses such as management and economics. There are some key technics,for instance,compensation and career,and incentive plan for high performance ete.Meanwhile,this paper is the valuable reference of the practices for the joint·stock companies controlled by state—owned property to design and improve own compensation mode according to the specific environment,and business demands,and human resource strategy.
