哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract Development of small and medium-sized private commercial service enterprises in china plays an import role on accelerating national economy, releasing the employment pressure, and optimizing industrial structure. However, most of these enterprises are small and resource limited. It is essential to choose and implement an appropriate development strategy. Currently, company management ideas are continuously attacked by the change of the market competition pattern. Enterprises face more and more difficulties and challenges along with their unceasing scale expansion. It is crucial that how to deal with the influence of external environment of enterprises in the developing process and solve enterprises’ own insufficiency to enable the enterprises to consolidate and strengthen its competition status in the intense market competition unceasingly and to realize the last and healthy development of the enterprise, and the formulation and implementation of the business strategy. The author took his own Harmony Company as the research background to perform SWOT analysis of the exterior and interior environments of the company by combining theory with practice. Concerning the characteristic of Harmony Company, it was proposed of the core competitive development strategy using the strategy management theory to provide a powerful guarantee for the future development of Harmony Company and some references for MBA students who prepare to start business in making strategy plans of the enterprise.
