I I 摘 要 摘 要 调解类情感谈话节目是传统的调解方式与发达的电视传媒接轨,围绕构建“和谐社 会”命题,发展出的一种节目类型。这类节目从大众情感角度出发,处理家庭矛盾、邻 里纠纷,借助电视平台帮助当事人解决问题、困扰、矛盾,释放压抑情绪,获取相关指 导或解决办案。调解类情感谈话节目是电视媒体关注民生、宣传“社会管理创新”和“大 调解”、构建“和谐社会”应承担的责任与义务。本文分析了调解类情感谈话节目产生 的社会背景、吸引受众的原因、节目现状及发展前景。 根据制作纠纷调解类节目《调和》的实践、感悟,研讨了调解类情感谈话节目的画 面、声音构成特点及整个生产流程,对参与节目的主持人、当事人、调解员等一一详尽 解读。也指出了发展过程中出现的问题及如何克服弊端发挥其积极意义,以期能为该类 节目发展创新提供一些可借鉴的东西。 关键词 调解 谈话节目 制作流程 参与者 受众心理 社会意义 II II Abstract Abstract Intercessory emotional talk show is a new program type developed in the process of the combination of traditional mediation mode and television media, focusing on the proposition of building a harmonious society. This kind of program starts from the public emotion, dealing with family conflicts and neighborhood disputes. It helps the two parties to resolve the problems, troubles, contradictories, release the repressed emotions, and get access to relevant guidance or handling the case through the TV platform. Intercessory emotional talk show has the responsibilities and obligations that media should bear to concern about peoples livelihood, promote social management innovation and mediation, and to build a harmonious society. This paper analyzes the social background of Intercessory emotional talk show, the reason it attract audiences, the status and development prospects of this kind of program. According to the practice and insight got from the production of a dispute resolution program named “reconcile”, this paper discussed the picture, sound composition features and the entire production process of intercessory emotional talk show, made an interpretation of the programs host, the parties, the mediator in detail. It also pointed out the problems occurs in the development, put up with the way to overcome them so that they can play in the positive sense. Hope this paper can provide some useful things in the development and innovation for such programs.
