大学生创新训练项目 研究报告 项目名称： 物语暖心 项目类型： 一般项目 项目年度： 2017年 项目负责人： 刘仕奇（学号：32014070044） 所在学院： 信息学院 专业（方向）： 工程管理 项目成员： 刘仕奇、李惟肖 指导教师： 邱 月 教务处 制 二〇一七年 摘要 当下社会对心理问题的重视程度不高，心理治疗的手段和效果极其有限，大多数人对于自己的心理问题羞于正视，不愿与心理医生沟通，更不愿让别人知道自己有心理疾病，结果在潜移默化之中积患成疾，造成严重的后果。 物语暖心是互联网+人工智能的产品，主要致力于随时解决用户的心理情绪问题，通过科学、有效的沟通来引导用户保持健康的心理状态；由于不是人与人的沟通，用户可以敞开心扉无所顾虑，实现最佳的心理释放，整个沟通过程不用担心隐私的泄露，完美的保护了用户的隐私。 物语暖心虽然是虚拟的聊天对象但是在人工智能和大数据的技术条件下却可以拥有接近与人的思维、专业的心理健康治疗的知识，像朋友一样与用户进行沟通，在这个快节奏的社会里为你的生活带来宽慰与温暖。 关键词：人工智能；大数据；互联网；心理学 Abstract At present, the social attention to psychological problems is not high, and the means and effects of psychological treatment are extremely limited.
