浙江民企对外直接投资的现状及前景研究毕业论文 毕业论文 (20_ _届) 浙江民企对外直接投资的现状及前景研究 摘 要 本文主要针对浙江民营企业对外直接投资的现状以及未来发展前景进行研究探讨,共分为五个部分。第一部分,主要是对对外直接投资的理论进行综述,首先界定了对外直接投资的概念,然后从国内外两方面来阐述对外直接投资理论。第二部分,对浙江民企对外直接投资的现状进行了分析。首先回顾了浙江民企对外直接投资的三个阶段;其次从寻求资源优势、市场优势和规避贸易风险的角度分析了民企对外直接投资的动因,总结了浙江民企对外直接投资的特点;最后指出了浙江民企对外直接投资存在着的投资结构不合理、缺乏海外市场信息、缺乏跨国人才等问题。第三部分,以宁波圣龙集团并购美国SLW公司为案例,总结浙江民企对外直接投资的经验与启示。第四部分,从浙江民企集群式对外直接投资和非洲区位优势两个角度对浙江民企对外直接投资的前景作了展望,认为境外经贸合作区这种集群式投资和选择非洲为投资市场将是未来浙江民企对外投资的一大趋势。第五部分,是从政府和企业两个角度对浙江民企对外直接投资提出了对策建议。希望通过本文的研究对浙江民营企业“走出去”提供建议和参考。 关键词:浙江民企;对外投资;现状分析;对策建议 Abstract This article focused on the current situation and the future prospects of Foreign Direct Investment FDI in Private Enterprises in Zhejiang. The study is divided into five parts. The first part is about a theory review of FDI, which first defined the concept of FDI, and then from domestic and foreign two parts to elaborate direct investment theory. The second part is about analysis the current situation of FDI in private enterprises in Zhejiang. First, from the three stages made a review of FDI in private enterprises in Zhejiang Province; and then from the angles of finding the resources and market advantages, avoiding trade risks to describe the motivations of Zhejiang private enterprises in foreign direct investment. What’s more, summarize the characteristics of FDI in private enterprises in Zhejiang; Finally, FDI in private enterprises in Zhejiang there are several problems, such as irrational investment structure, the lack of overseas market information, lack of cross-border human resources. The third part is that taking Ningbo Shenglong Group purchasing SLW Companies of the United States as an example to look at foreign direct investment in private enterprises, and draw inspiration.The fourth part, from two angles which is the cluster of Zhejiang private enterprises and the African regional advantages describes the foreign direct investment prospects.
