万 万方数据 河北科技大学硕士学位论文 H AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Nowadays,with the highly development of economy,the haze problem has bdx)me increasingly prominent,seriously affecting people’S normal daily life and work,So it is particularly important to research green transportation.The electrical vehicle has the advantages of less energy expenditure,environmental friendship,which has already bl弛ome the main research direction.In this thesis,the Bnlshless Direct Current Motor Was chosen as the driving system of electric vehicle,due to its hi曲efficiency,long fife,low noise,high speed and SO on.In the control method,this paper chose direct torque control, this control method has the advantages of simple structure,simple calculation and little influence蚵pammctcrs,which greatly improves the dynamic performance of the Brushless Direct Oment Motor.Therefore,thissign deduced the realization method of the direct torque,on the basis of the Brushless Direct Current motor mathematical model and its control theory.The main contents are as follows: 1’l First,this thesis introduced the development situation about Brushless Direct Current Motor control system around the world,as well as the basis component parts,the running principle and the mathematical model of Brushless Direct Cmrent Motor.Based on mathematical models,the’basic principle of direct torque control technology of Brushlcss Direct Current Motor was analyzed. 2)In order to improve the running stability and reduce the economic costs of the electric vehicle,this paper used STM—SS 105C6T6 chip made by ST Company as the control core of the system and designed the main hardware circuit of Brushless Direct Current Motor controller. 3)The program code of the controller was compiled by ST Visual Develop SOl凸fWare. Finally,the experimental board Was debugging to mgasul沱the waveform of each measuring point,the curve gained fxom experiment proved the reliable and feasibility of this control system.
