企业分布式办公管理系统的设计与实现摘要 企业分布式办公管理系统的设计与实现 摘要 随着信息技术的不断发展，各种新型技术不断出现，分布式计算就是新出现 的研究热点之一。本文通过采用先进的计算机技术对分布式办公管理系统进行开 发，将传统的办公应用服务组件化，进行分布式架构设计，不仅可以降低公司的 办公成本，提高企业的经济效益，而且可以通过浏览器或其他终端随时随地登录 系统进行办公，提高办公效率和方便性。 本系统基于分布式架构设计，采用B／S(Browser／Server)和SSH(Struts，Spring， Hibernate)开发一个效率高办公方便的分布式办公管理系统。通过系统的基本需求 分析，将DH(Diffie—Hellman)信息共享加密算法引入系统，采用成熟的软件开发 过程，对系统各功能模块进行详细研究和设计，提出了一套比较详细的系统开发 方案。本系统主要包括六大模块：个人办公、，公共信息、系统管理、档案管理、 行政管理和项目任务，它们构成了系统的一个有机整体。开发的分布式办公系统 使用简单，操作方便，且易于扩展，降低成本的同时，提高了企业办公的效率。 本文主要做了以下两点工作： (1)分析目前已有办公系统的优缺点，找出存在的问题，研究总结适用于分 布式办公管理系统的开发技术，通过需求分析，结合分布式架构的优势，采用B／S 模式和SSH框架对系统进行开发，使得系统具有良好的扩展性和低耦合性，用户 可通过浏览器随时随地登录办公，切合了目前“互联网+”的办公方式； (2)研究PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)技术以及DH加密算法，使得DH加 密算法适合于本系统，DH加密协议每次对敏感信息加密时，由于密钥的不相同， 窃取者无法获取任何关于加密密钥的消息，极大的提高了企业信息共享时的安全 性，最后对系统的框架设计和实现进行了详细阐述，并对所开发的系统进行严谨 的测试，基本达到理想的效果。 关键词：分布式计算；SSH框架；DH加密算法；办公管理系统 II 万方数据 工程硕士学位论文Abstract 工程硕士学位论文 Abstract With the rapid development of information technology，various new technologies appear constantly．Distributed computing is one of the new research hotspots．In this paper,we developed distributed office management systemby using advanced computer technology．To make traditional application office service be componentization，we carried out distributed framework designment． Based on distributed framework designment，this system adopts B／S mode and SSH framework to develop an office management system of great efficience convenience．This system can not only reduce the cost of the company office，but also improve the economic benefits of the enterprise．Through browsers or other terminals， we can login system for office anytime and anywhere，which make office very effective and convenient．By analyzing the system basic needs，we introduced DH encryption algorithm into the system．By using mature software development process， we researched and designedeach function modulesof the system in detail and put forward a set of more detailed system development plan．The systemmainly involves six functional modules：
