A A Research in Managing model and approach of the animal disease risk assessment and grading management in Hebei Province Author：Zhaofei Specialty：Master of veterinarian Supervsior：Zhao yuelan；Wang zengli Abstract Animal disease will not only cause significant economic losses to the animal husbandry，but also cause serious harm to human health and life safety．The current situation of animal disease prevention and control in Hebei province is not optimistic．The problems are lack of animal health supervision institution system，scientific and reasonable supervision system．In order to solve the problems，the paper puts forward to draw lessons from the the intemational advanced experience of”management evaluation and classification of animal disease risk”． According to animal epidemic prevention law of the people’S Republic of China and the regulations of its supporting system，the application of the science of public health management and preventive veterinary medicine，the author analyses the risk factors of current animal epidemic prevention and the work status．By the method of analysis and inspection，the author establishes the animal disease risk assessment model，divides the disease into different degree as ABC，establishes related animal husbandry proj ects and qualification linking witll mechanism．According to the results of animal disease risk assessment，the system determines the classification management，basic principles and main contents of the animal health supervision．According to the animal epidemic prevention supervision，it will make different animal disease risk supervision．The risk assessment results will be applied to animal health supervision risk management，and then the model of animal disease risk assessment and classification management will be constructed． The application of animal disease risk assessment and grading management mode will make the purpose of scientific supervision achieve．The application will provide foundation and guarantee for the impl
