Methods observing 654-2 traumatic ALI rabbit plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) and interleukin 8 (IL - 8) content and the effect of light microscope and electron microscope examination of the organization pathology at the same time, and in situ hybridization method to detect lung and other organs tissue TNF alpha and mRNA expression of IL 一 8. The result of the injury was 654-2, which could make the traumatic ALI rabbit blood plasma and the tnf-alpha in BALF, the apparent reduction in 订-8, and the reduction of lung tissue injury? TNF alpha mRNA and IL 一 8 mRNA gene expression mainly locate in the tissue of visceral M , PMN and vascular endothelial cells (VEC), express number decreased significantly.
