大学生思想教育管理系统及其应激反应研究Prediction 大学生思想教育管理系统及其应激反应研究 Prediction of Psychological Stress and Development of College Students’ Ideological Education Management System Abstract With the increment of college students and various activities，psychological health problems of college students are increasing seriously,which caused heavy tasks for counselors． Counselors have to take care oflots ofaspects such as students’awards and superior evaluation， routine affairs，financial aid as well as communication with their parents，career planning， admission to Party,construction of classes etc．，which results in vast workload．The college students’ideological education management system is of great significance to reduce the workload of counselors with the function of psychological management-_predicting students’ psychological problem，life management，learning management．This system would also make it possible for counselors to spare more effort on the education of students’political thought and students’management，rather than wasting time on transactional works． The development of the system is described in four aspects including demand analyzing， database table definition，program development and system test．For the matter of demand analysis，three goals is proposed in this血esis-一reducing redundancy，increasing practicality， improving convenience for both teachers and students，based on the work responsibility of the counselors and the use of other student management platforms．As for database table definition， the relationship between entity and data is highlighted，and the relative database table is established according to E—R model．A student information management system is established with responsive layout based on the technic of Java EE，MVC framework and Bootstrap． Students’psychological stress information and background information are collected according to SRQPSQ questionnaires test which is offered by student information management system．Meanwhile，a model which call predict the
