建筑物倒塌事故的应急处置研究 建筑物倒塌事故的应急处置研究 摘要 建筑物倒塌事故一般是指由于地震、风暴、火灾、水灾等自然灾害 以及其它人为等因素，造成建筑结构整体或局部倒塌，导致重大人员伤 亡和财产损失的灾害。建筑物倒塌事故的抢险救援，是世界消防救援组 织研究的一个重点问题，随着近期我国儿起建筑物倒塌事故的发生，在 救援工作中暴露岀了队伍分工不明、救援装备不足、缺少应急对策等问 题。近年来，国内建筑物倒塌事故屡有发生，造成公私财产巨大损失和 重大人员伤亡，特别是衡阳“11?3”建筑火灾坍塌事故、宜宾“ 1. 14 电大教学楼拆除垮塌事故和“5.12”四川汶川地震造成的大量建筑倒塌 等，对社会安定构成极大威胁，上述示例给我们带来了警示，研究建筑 倒塌事故的危险、人员搜索、救援行动的规律和救援技术成为我们亟待 解决的课题。因此，深入研究分析建筑物在火灾中的坍塌事故，提高和 增强处置此类灾害事故方法的针对性和科学性，减少和避免人员伤亡， 在现实的灭火救援斗争中具有重要的意义。本文针对出现的问题，进行 了初步分析，并提出了相应的改进对策。 关键词建筑物；倒塌；抢险救援 Research on the Emergency Disposing of the Building Collapse Accident Abstract The building collapse accident is generally due to earthquake, storm, fire, flood and so on natural disaster as well as other artificial factors, which will results in the collapse of construction structure whole or partially, and leads to the significant personnel casualty and the property damages.
