⑧ ⑧ 博士学位论文 DOCTORALD璐ERTATION 与市场经济时期两个阶段。我们以计划经济体制下的个人教育选择状况为起点，重 点考察了教育体制改革给我国的个人教育选择实践带来的变化，认为市场经济体制 下的个人教育选择实践得到了很大的发展，有了更大的选择空间。 第五章求索目前我国个人教育选择问题的出路。指出目前我国个人教育选择实 践中仍然存在的问题：一些人为的政策限制，比如“就近入学”政策：民办教育发 展滞后对个人教育选择的影响：学校缺乏自主权限制了教育形式向多样化的发展。 另外，根据前面对个人教育选择理论的探讨尝试提出对策思考。 关键词：个人学校教育选择 公共利益 制度 ⑧ ⑧ 博士学位论文 DOCTOR^LDlSSER丁^TIoN Abstract The research will be ofpractical value which advocates individual interest，especially in time when the interest of educatees is being restricted ignored．The perspective from the individual is complementary to the social and wholistic perspective education development theories．Individual education choice is expression of the will of the educatees and the exterior realization of individual interest．This thesis deals with the issue of individual education choice．It is attempt to give voice to individual interest and to interpret educational development and reform in China since 1 949 from an individual perspective． 肪e whole thesis probes into three issues concerning the present topic，i．e，二the significance of individual education choice，the feasibility of the realization of individual education choice under restriction，and the problem and solutions for individual education choice in China．The thesis consists of five chapters． Chapter l defines the concept of individual education choice and reviews the literature of education choice．There are three different schools of education choice theories resulting from the different viewpoints education choices available to the individual，the education public choice school，the education market choice school，and the radical sch001．After survey the theories ofthe different schools，several weaknesses are detected：1)These theories do not the value of individual education choice comprehensively they should，they are overly preoccupied with the instrumentality value of individual educmion choice．and their explorations of the constitutive value are inadequate．2)Their observations of potential regulati
