AbstractIt Abstract It had two periods that De Gaulle mled France as supreme leader．The policy to Federal Germany is key of its foreign policy during the rule under De Gaulle，but the policy to the German refers to the entire Germany during the first rule under De Gaulle．During about 1 2 years，not only De Gaulle has inherited the traditional policy of France to Germany,but also had diplomatic style of his OWn．The policy to Federal Germany has engendered important influence to the diplomatic policies of France and Germany and the changed of the world structure． The article divides into six parts：The first part,Introduction．The part introduces significance of selecting topic，the research situation and the method of writing and the research mentality about this article． The second part，Inherits Traditional Policy：It Is Failure to Policy of Germany During the First Rule under De Gaulle．The part introduces that the traditional policy of France to dismember Germany policy Was inherited by De Gaulle during the first rule under De Gaulle．De Gaulle’s policy to dismember Germany was defeated became French’S strength had declined and international structure had changed． The third part，Faces the Reality：the Policy Which Combined with Reconcile— ment and Cooperation and Deterrent to Germany．The part elaborates the policy to Germany which Was inherited by De Gaulle who callle on stage once more in 1958： on the one hand， France and Germany pmmoted Western Europe to unite as a center, and to achieve reconcilement and cooperation between France and Germany under the flame of united Western Europe；on the other hand,he were not forget France’S historical shame which Was defeated by Germany and ambition which France Was going to become the world power by his effort，SO he implemented the deterrent policy to Federal Germany．It constitutes the primary content and the characteristics of the policy to Federal Germany winl these two policies． The fourth part，Benefit Entanglement：the Discrepa
