By investigating statistics to find out the quality problem of assembly line each working procedure, Then analyzed the specific reasons for these problems, Put forward the improvement measures, Reduce the defect rate of assembly, eventually improve the quality of the assembly line products, Make the enterprise benefit was improved. First used statistical analysis table drawn, we collect and sort a certain quality problem number of products from assembly good distribution box o then we can find out the main factors influencing the assembly quality By Pareto diagram，and use the 5 wlh analysis to get main factors in-depth understanding, then based on the causality diagram from several aspects for example man, machine, material, method and so on , Analyze the specific reasons for these reasons, put forward improvement measures, improve the quality of products on the assembly line. Do not accept defects, manufacturing, and delivery to the customer, reduce the manufacture cost and improve enterprise overall benefit.
