西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第l页 摘 要 道路交通安全设旖作为道路基础设施对于道路交通安全起着至关重要的作 用，要从交通工程学的观点出发并重视以人为本，同时结合道路的具体情况和 经济状况进行设计，才能使设计的交通安全设施充分有效发挥其功能和作用。 本论文在讨论了国内外交通安全设施研究和应用现状，分析和归纳道路交 通安全设施各子系统(包括道路交通标志、标线、护栏、隔离设施、防眩设施、 视线诱导设施)的基本原理、功能和分类，并在此基础上系统总结了道路交通 标志、标线、护栏、隔离设施、防眩设施、视线诱导设施的设置原则、设置要 求、设计要点以及结构设计要求等交通安全设施设计理论体系。 结合我国道路交通安全设施技术进步和发展，分别对我国的道路交通标志、 标线、护栏、隔离设施、防眩设旌、视线诱导设施的建设方向进行研究，并针 对各子系统目前国内外的研究和应用的热点，提出了如震荡标线、波形梁护栏、 突起路标等设施的设计方法。 本文最后将结合实际问题和要求，系统应用道路交通安全设施的设计理论 和方法，进行了实例设计——广州北部地区(新国际机场)高速公路北延线花 山立交至北兴立交段交通安全设施两阶段施工图设计。 关键词： 道路交通安全设施；交通标志；交通标线；护栏：隔离设施；防眩设 施；视线诱导设施 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1l页 Abstract As road infrastructure．traffic safety facilities are playing important role on traffic safety．Designing traffic safety facilities should be based On traffic engineering， people oriented．road and economic status SO that the traffiC safety facilities are of avail． By the study on staus quo of researching and applicatiou of仃affic safety facilities home and abroad，this PaDelhas analyzed and concluded the fundamcntal and classification of the subsystems of traffic safey facilities including tr碰c sign． traffic marking。safety barrier,isolated-closed facility,anti—dazzle facility,sight guidance facility．The designing theories of these subsystems such as placing principle．designing criterion and structure have a1SO been researched Traffic safety facilities are developing SO fast that varied productions of safety facilities had been invented．According to the developing hotspot，the designing methods of vibration line，W—type beam safety barrier and prominent pavement sign have been presented． Lastly,the designing theories of traffic safety facilities which had been C0nCluded are put into practice．That iS the tramC safey facilities design on the north—strech part of Guangzhou new intemational airdrome expressway in construction phase． Key Words：Traffic safety facilities；Traffic sign；Traffic marking；Safety barrier； Isolated-closed facility；Anti—dazzle facility；Sight guid
