朝阳市产业技术创新平台建设的对策研究Abstract 朝阳市产业技术创新平台建设的对策研究 Abstract In the context of economic development of“New Normal”．technological 1nnovation has become the engine of driving economy rapidly and healthily．The platform for industrial technology innovation，as an important part of the scientific and technological innovation system，received more and more attention and concem of scholars，however，in the less developed areas，the construction of the platform for industrial technology innovation is rarely researched． This thesis based on the practice of the construction of the platform for industrial technology innovation in Chaoyang City，sums up and analyzes the experience of domestic and intemational literature for the construction of the platform for industrial technology innovation，by the method of using quantitative and qualitative analysis and combining comparison research．For satisfying the major technology needs of the traditional competitive industries and emerging industries in Chaoyang City，based on the development of existing science and technology in Chaoyang City，this thesis actual analyzes the three method of the construction of the platform for industrial technology innovation·the platform for industrial generic technology innovation build on the universities and research institutions，the platform for industrial professional technology innovation built on the company and the platform for the integrated services of industrial technology innovation containing socialized services-explores a method appropriated for economic development in Chaoyang City to build the platform for the industrial technology innovation，and propose the countermeasures and suggestions to safeguard the construction of the platform for industrial technology innovation in Chaoyang City． The thesis concludes that：the construction of the platform for industrial technology innovation in Chaoyang adheres the principles that“enterprises as the main body，the govemment as the guidance，universities and sc
