非if-- J.·tuv edh-ir--???  -BT |lIIII |lIIII l l Il l(I III Il l ll IIl Y1 9442 1 0 摘 要 大学城的文化是大学城的核心元素，大学城文化是大学城在自身发展 过程中提升综合实力的重要因素。可是全国各地从20世纪90年代开始兴 建了许多的大学城或高教园区，在大学城的建设和发展过程中，大学城的 建设逐渐暴露校园文化的缺失的问题，出现“文化荒漠化”的景象。 大学城的发展不能没有深厚文化底蕴的支撑，大学城的文化建设对大 学城中的学生、对各大学和大学城的整体发展，对大学城所在城市的文化 发展乃至整个国家民族都产生深远的影响。因此在大学城的建设和发展过 程要重视大学城的文化建设。本文以“大学城文化建设研究一一以广州大 学城为例为题，通过对大学城文化建设现状与问题的分析研究，提出大 学城文化建设的对策与建议。 论文首先介绍了选题背景，分析选题的意义、概括国内外在大学城和大学城 文化研究现状和存在主要问题，选择研究方法，并对广州大学城进行简单介绍； 其次系统阐述了大学城的产生和发展，界定大学城文化的内涵、特点和功能，并 从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和行为文化四个个层面阐释了大学城文化建设 的内容；再次阐述大学城文化建设理论基础；然后以广州大学城为个例，阐述 大学城文化建设的现状和问题，分析问题产生的归因；最后针对大学城文 化建设现状和问题提出大学城文化建设的对策性思考。 本论文结合我国高等教育发展的实际情况，为大学城各个机构决策和 开展大学城文化建设提供思路和方案参考，解决大学城内文化冲突现象促 进大学城内各高校的资源共享，创造和谐的大学城环境，促进学生的发展 提高各个高校和大学城的核心竞争力，塑造大学城的品牌效应。 关键词：大学城；大学城文化；广州大学城；文化缺失；文化建设 命 AbstractAs Abstract As a core element of the university towns，the culture of university towns c髓 help to improve their own comprehensive strength．Since 1990s，with the rapid development of higher education and the up surging enrollment expansion in China, various kinds of College Town and higher education garden have been built all OVer our country．However,during the construction and development of the university towns，a lot of problems expose gradually,especially the deficiency of campus culture， which we call it“culture desertification． Without the profound culture，the College Town cannot develop successfully． 砀e culture construction will have far-reaching influence on the development of the students and each university in the towns，as well aS the culture development of the city in which the university town lies,even 0n the whole nationality．Therefore，the construction and development of the College Town should attach great importance to the culture construction．With the title of“The research on the culture construction of university towns，the current paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the culture construction of university towns，and puts forwar
