画艺术能朝更为广阔的天地拓展，而从事水彩画创作的新人则能创 画艺术能朝更为广阔的天地拓展，而从事水彩画创作的新人则能创 造出更具有独特的艺术个性和新颖的形式美感的艺术佳作。 关键词：水彩风景画，形式，形式美，情感，个性 ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The rapid deVelopment of techn0109y and culture nowadays has greatly changed the world and people’ s notion． Since it is the law of nature that innovation promises survival while routinism decays， innoVation in painting is always a subject worthy of our attention．In this age when concepts change every minute， creation materials greatly enrich， and new creation methods come out one after another， it is quite an urgency to explore new creation forms． This paper focuses on form beauty in painting from the perspectiVe of waterc010r landscape painting． The first chapter discusses two 1ayers of connotation in the whole painting field． First， form is the carrier of content from which the form can not be separated： second， form has its indiVidual value for appreciation． It is this that holds our attention and that giVes to the work of art its peculiar indiViduality． Therefore， it is necessary to create form beauty． The second chapter tries to analyze three major differences of form， including structure， artistic language and creation methods between watercolor painting and oil or Chinese painting so as to orient the development of watercolor landscape painting． The third chapter presents that form beauty should submit to content beauty， express the artists’ true feeling and III indiVidual indiVidual ity after it shows the pursuance of feel ing， bourn and indiVidual i ty by different kinds of forms in watercolor landscape painting． Then the paper calls for the waterc010r landscape painters to have clear self—reflection and self—understanding so that they can choose proper artistic forms to express their thoughts， feel ing and incl inat ion in beauty appreciation． Exploration of form is an indispensable condition for creating new paintings of rich expression， time spirit and artistic indiViduality． 工n the sphere of watercolor landscape
