Abst Abst ract University teachers are professional persons who are engaged in the teaching works in the uniVersities. They implement the specialized jobs which train men for profession, while they undertake the heavy responsibility of training the socialism technical talented persons with virtue, wisdom and gym for country. Being provided with upstanding qual ities of teaching is basic demand for university teachers to deal with the teaching work and i s a1 so concentrat i on performance of teacher’ s qual ity. University teacher’s educational qual ity includes: systemic education scientific knowledge, complete education professional ability and good education professional quality. 工n recent years, higher education acquires the jumping development, but also shows a few problems in my country. 0ne of them is that universitv teachers are lack of educational quality. It is important meaning for increasing teaching—qual ity and pushing teacher profession to study on university teacher’ s educational qual ity. 工t is a system engineering to iInprove university teacher’ s educational quality, which needing the resultant force of teachers,universities and the government.University teachers are active to study the education scientific knowledge, conscious of strengthening the teacher virtues, deVoting into teaching practice positively, turning over to think teaching earnestly enveloping educational research deeply。 工n schools and universities, we should choose the teachers well, enhance the cub teacher coach. establ i sh the reasonable teacher evaluate mechani sm and the training system. The goVernment should be strict in university teacher’ s qual ifications attestation, h01d the good pass in teacher’s occupation, increase teacher’s treatment. draw the elitist on teacher’s troops, and quicken teacher7 s education reform.
