AbstractTunnel Abstract Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)Technology,also named‘Shield Technology,is all advanced construction technology with the development of city densification，traffic， aqueduct．electric control and communication equipment．and has become t11e research focus of en画neering field in China witlI the rapid development of city construction． Based on the investigation and research result by reading，analysing and summarizing lors of literatures．this paper discusses t}le electro-hydranlic control s3，stem of shield machine’s push system．According to the principle of separate control the ground deformation during construction and the shield machine’s stance can be controlled by controlling the speed and pressure of the push cylinders in use of the Electro-hvdraulic proportional control technology AIso the control strategy iS studied and preyed bv modeling，simulation and experiments． Furthermore．in this paper the development process ofthe monitor software in the upper workst撕on is described．Keeping to the concept of configuration．a monitor software is developed according to the customers’practical needs and a good code quality is guaranteed．The software has many merits such as convenient operation．good stability,excellent maintainability and very good performance．At 1ast．the difficulties is dicussed and their resolvents are given．Here are the main contents ofthis PaDer： Chapter 1,a survey of shield machine’s history,current technical$latus， development trend．and its development meaning for China．At last,the detailed contents ofthis research project are presented Chapter 2．first,introduce the overall design scheme of the project．According to the centrel standard of ground deformation during boring，analyse the theory for earth pressure batante contr01．Then build up伽e mathematic model ofthe push speed control system．an8lyze its static and dynamic response with the tool ofMATLAB Based on t}le study of the control characteristic of proportional velocity regulating valve
