AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Smrch were prepared starch microspheres勰medicament carrielbecause of their non-toxic，non—immunogenic，good biocompatibility and biodegradability,low price and good storage stability．Starch microspheres with certain medicament targeting tropism Can reduce a variety of adverse medicament reactions and improve medicament selectivity,thereby improving the therapeutic index． Starch microspheres were prep删from soluble starch by inverse microemulsion晰m epichlorohydrin as the cross-linking agent,Span-60 as the emulsifying agent and the bean oil as the organic phase．The products Were characterized by microscope．The Inorpholo百es characteristics，the influences of factors on adsorption ratio of starch microspheres，the optimal coMitiom for preparation were studied．Then aspirin,gentamycin sulfate and doxorubicin were adsorbed in the microspheres，and medicament loading rate，embedding rate and dissolution in-vitro were observed separately． The adsorption ratios of methylene blue were presented their rules by changing dosage of surfactants、starch solution,volume ratio between cyclohexane and bean oil，dosage of cross-linking agent and stirring speed respectively．The results showed：(1)The adsorption ratio curve of starch microspheres w觞presented single-peak,and the peak value WaS 98．24％ with dosage of surfactants Was 0．1 g．(2)The adsorption ratio curve of starch microspheres Was presented single-peak too．When starch solution was 8％，the adsorption ratio Was top．(3) The adsorption ratio curve of starch microspheres Was presented two-peak．When the volume ratio between cyclohexane and bean oil Was 1：4，the adsorption ratio cRme to a head．(4) The adsorption ratio curve of starch microspheres was also presented two—peak．When the dosage of cross-linking agent was 4．0mL，the adsorption ratio Was higher．(5)The adsorption ratio ClLrVe of starch microspheres changed quiet smoothly with the increased of stirring speed．When stirring speed Was 920r／min，the adsorption
