杭州师范大学硕士学位论文 杭州师范大学硕士学位论文 杭州市城区小学足球队管理的评价指标体系构建 摘 要 中国是世界公认的体育大国，但是足球发展却停滞不前，国家领导人非常重 视足球的发展，教育部《关于开展全国青少年校园足球活动的通知》，一时间校 园足球活动在全国各地轰轰烈烈地开展起来。本文在足球发展引起政府的高度重 视、足球可以丰富校园体育文化和促进学生身心发展的需要的背景下，通过文献 资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实证研究法旨在建立一套完善的适合杭州市 城区小学足球队管理的评价指标体系。本文依据项目管理理论、人力资源管理理 论和运动训练学理论．根据系统性、客观性、发展性、可操作性和激励性原则， 确立了杭州市城区小学足球队管理的评价指标体系，其中5个一级指标，分别是 组织管理、人员管理、训练管理、竞赛管理和后勤管理等；各一级指标又包括了 二级指标，共25个二级指标。在评价的5个一级指标组织管理、人员管理、训 练管理、竞赛管理和后期管理中的权重分别百分比占26．38，23．92，26．98，li．76 和10．96。通过案例分析对保傲塔实验学校的足球队管理水平进行评价，评价结 果具有一定的合理性和科学性。本指标体系建立以解决实际的主要问题为目标， 可为其它发达城市城区小学足球队管理的评价提供参考。 关键字：小学、足球队管理、评价指标体系 万方数据 AbstractChina Abstract China is recognized sports superpower in the world，but football development has attaches great importance to the development of footbal l by state leaders．At the same time the campus football activities has developed al l over the country．In the background of development，footbal 1 enriching the campus sports culture and promoting of the deve]opment for students body and mind Using through the 1iterature material 1aw， questionnaire survey，mathematical statistics method，the author has establ i shed management evaluation index system of primary school footbal 1 team in Hangzhou．In this paper，based on the theory of project management， human resources management theory and learning theory in sports training， according to the systematic，objectivity，developmental，operabiiity and incentive principles，the author has established the evaluation index of primary school football team management system in Hangzhou，Including of the five first-level indicators，that iS to organization management， personnel management，training management，competition and management， etc．；The primary index includes to secondary indexes，a total of 25 secondary indexes．In the evaluation index of 5 class organization management，personnel management，training management，competition and their weight percentage of 26．38。respectively，23．92，26．98，11．76 and 10．96．Through the case analysis preserved Bao chu ta pagoda e
