广东工业大学硕士学位论文ABSTRAC 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRAC T Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)is a kind ofAdditive Manufacturing．Heating the material into molten state，which we can make 3D model easily．This technology is helpful to convert 3d design to entities，and shorten the development cycle and the cost of development．But due to the closed FDM equipment product system，which is not conducive to the secondary development and upgrading of existing FDM control system． In this paper,a method of FDM will be presented which is based on ARM architecture Cortex-M3 series chips can upgrade FDM control system．Besides，a set of general me— chanical structure will be designed in order to meet the request of general requirements． This method consists of six modules，they are master control module，mode selection module，limit switch module，stepper motor driver module，temperature control module and the mechanical structure．Every drawings can be found in the appendix．And the mode selection module and the mechanical structure iS the core content of this article．In this paper,the research content is divided into six chapters．Each chapter will discusse— dits own content in detail respectively,they are the method and function of the main control module，the method and function of the circuit in mode selection module，the method and function of the software in mode selection module，the method and function of the limit switch module，the method and function of the stepper motor driver module， the method and function of P ID algorithm in the temperature control module，the method and function of the mechanical structure．At the end of each chapter,there is summary will be made．At last，some experiments will be performed in order to verify what I do． Finally，the entire chapter summary of the contents and outlook of FDM rapid prototyp— ing technology will be presented． Keywords：Fused Deposition Modeling；ARM；The secondary development； Stepper motor；Temperature control；versatility II 万方数据 目 目 录 目 录 摘 要 ．I ABSTRACT ．．I
