中国石油大学（华东） 硕士学位论文 井下作业公司基层管理研究 姓名：麻建华 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：工业工程 指导教师：王文铭；孟庆强 201205 摘 摘 要 随着知识的蓬勃发展，基层管理在企业中的地位越来越重要。基层是企业的最基本 组成，他的管理水平高低、工作优劣直接影响着企业的整体发展，成为决定企业是否具 备竞争优势的主要因素之一。因此，全面提高基层管理水平，实现基层管理的科学化和 现代化，是国内企业当前普遍面临的一个现实问题。 尤其是对于一些石油行业来说，由于其自身行业的特点，基层管理出现一些问题， 制约着企业的发展。井下作业公司是中石化胜利石油管理局下的一个二级单位，属于石 油一线作业，施工作业处在野外，环境一般为荒滩、沼泽、沙漠，职工的工作和生活条 件极为艰苦，在基层管理中存在很多的问题。 本文在对井下作业公司基层管理情况进行了详细的调研后，找出了公司基层管理中 存在制约发展的问题，并对造成这些问题的原因进行了分析，从而找到提升公司基层管 理水平的方案。本文阐述了公司基层管理内容，主要包括基层建设、基础工作和基本功 训练三大部分，同时对管理体系的实施提出了保障措施，希望通过这些措施的实施，可 以在很大程度上提升井下作业公司的基层管理水平，使得井下作业公司可以得到更好地 发展。 井下作业公司作为中石化胜利油田石油工程板块的重要组成部分，基层管理的现状 和存在问题具有一定的普遍性和代表性，加强石油企业基层管理研究，对于提高石油企 业整体管理水平具有重要的借鉴和指导意义。 关键词：井下作业公司；基层管理；体系；实施 Study Study on Grass-root management of Downhole Service Company Ma Jianhua(Accounting) Directed by Prof．Wang Wenming／Meng Qingqiang Abstract With the development of knowledge，grass—root management has been being an increasingly important position in the enterprise．Grass-root,as the basic unit of enterprise， has been one of the main factors affecting competition advantage．Its management level，work pros and cons have a direct impact on the whole situation of enterprise．Therefore，the practical problem facing the enterprises right now is how to comprehensively improve the management efficiency of basic-level team，to make team work in a scientific and modem way． Especially for the oil industry,Due to the characteristics of their own industry,there are some problems about grass-root management which are restricting the development of enterprise．Downhole Service Company,aS a two unit of Sinopec Shengli Petroleum Administration，is a front—line operation unit．Company often operates in the field，like wasteland，swamps，deserts．Etc．Workers’working and living conditions are very hard，SO there are many problems in grass-roots management． In this paper,I make detailed research about grass—root management of Downhole Service Company,find out the existing problems in company’S grass-root management，and anflyze the reaso
