ABSTRACT: Objective To establish a method for the determination of 32 kinds of inorganic elements including
Li, Be, B, Na, Mg, Al, P, K, Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Mo, Cd, Sn, Sb, Cs, Ba, Hg, TL, Ca, V, Cr, Se, Rb, Sr,
Pb and Sb etc. in wine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods Wine samples were
detected by ICP-MS after direct sampling. Selecting radio frequency (RF) power of 1550 W, the matrix interference
was reduced through online introducing internal standard solution containing 6% ( V:V) ethanol and signal collection
every 10 min. Results Wine contained a variety of trace elements, among the content of Ca, Mg, K, Rb, P and Cu
