保良局 社會服務部 教育心理服務 校本教育心理服務 背景 本局於二零零四年九月建立教育心理服務團隊,並於二零零五年開始為直資學校提供服務,迄今已為超過五十所不同辦學團體的學校,提供校本教育心理服務。隨著教育事業的多元化,教育心理服務亦同步發展,照顧更多來自不同背景及發展階段的學童。於二零零九年,教育心理服務擴展至本局屬下二十五間幼稚園暨幼兒園,在及早介入的原則下,與家長及教師攜手促進幼兒在學習、行為、情緒和社交等方面的發展。此外,我們亦為各機構和學校提供專業的培訓或諮詢服務。 服務模式 校本教育心理服務 教育心理學家的工作層面包括治療、預防與發展、個案工作與系統支援。教育心理學家透過定期駐校,按學校的需要提供以下服務: 個案評估、診斷、與介入:為在學習、行為或情緒上有困難的學生作出教育心理的評估與診斷,按其需要及潛能向教師及家長提供諮商及安排適當支援服務,使學生得到適切的照顧。教育心理學家亦與教師及家長協作,為有特殊教育需要的學生設計支援課程或個別學習計劃等,並協助持續跟進及評估其成效。 學校發展諮商:與教師及學生支援人員共同策劃及推行治療性、預防性或發展性的課程及校本支援計劃,從而提升學與教的質素,並照顧學生的個別差異,以及協助學校分析校本需要及發展方向,提供教育心理學的專業意見以制定有效的策略。 教師及家長培訓:以教育心理學的知識設計並推行教師及家長培訓課程,協助教師及家長更有效地促進學生的學習及成長; 危機處理支援:協助學校訂定危機處理程序和進行演習,增強學校老師的應變能力。 針對性支援服務 學校可按需要選擇個別服務項目,或與本服務聯絡作個別磋商。 學校如欲瞭解更多,歡迎致電 2277-8181,保良局社會服務部教育心理服務。 Po Leung Kuk Social Services Department Educational Psychology Service School Service BACKGROUND In September 2004, P.L.K. Educational Psychology Service was established. Since 2005, we have been offering educational psychology service to direct subsidy schools under Po Leung Kuk and other school sponsoring bodies. Over the years, we have provided services to over 50 schools. Our service has continued to develop and expand to support the development of children from different backgrounds and developmental stages. In 2009, our Service further expanded the support for preschoolers attending the 25 kindergarten-cum-nurseries under Po Leung Kuk. Apart from school-based services, we have also been offering individual services such as educational and emotional assessment, staff training workshops, parent seminars, consultation services, etc. to various schools and organizations.
