内容 摘 要 企业经济利润的提高，一方面靠的是产品销售额度的提高，另 一方面则是企业成本的降低。现如今，随着中国加入 WTO ，企业成 本越来越被人们所重视，尤其是企业内部物流成本。企业成本是由 企业内部成本和外部成本构成的，企业的外部成本一般都是显而易 见的，企业内部的物流成本，在企业成本占据着相当大的比重，却 常常被并入其他财务项目中，被企业所忽略。本论文从企业成本构 成着手，以企业内部物流成本为重点研究，分析目前企业内部物流 成本现状，提出可行的策略。 同时以浙江同泰制衣有限公司为研究对象，了解他们目前企业 中内部物流成本的现状，发现其中存在的问题，找出问题的对策， 得出相应的结论。 关键词：企业成本、企业内部物流成本、策略 ABSTRACT I The increasing of the business economic profit,on the one hand, rely on the increasing product sale amount, on the other hand, rely on the reduction of the business costs . Nowadays, with China joining into WTO, the business costs is taken more and more seriously by the people, particularly enterprise internal logistics cost. Business costs is composed of internal costs and external costs. External costs is obvious , while internal costs which occupy large proportion in the company is always ignored, always formed into other financial project. This paper begins from the business costs constitution and take the company’s internal costs as the key research, analyses the current cost of company’s internal costs within the status quo, proposes the feasisble strategy. Meanwhile this article takes Hangzhou Tongtex Fashion Co.,Ltd.’S as the object of the study, sees the status of the company’s internal costs and finds out the problem which the company exist, proposes the strategy and draws the conclusion.
